" Dear Liz, Hilary and I would like to thank you for all your help during our trip and the purchase of our home. We decided to fly to Murcia and look to buy a holiday home, we chose to view with two agencies one of which was Platinum, why we chose the two agencies is difficult to say, but we are so glad we met Liz. Right from the first meeting Liz made us feel welcome, and as we drove around explained all the processes of buying in Spain. It soon became clear which areas suited, as Hilary doesn't drive and our choice was narrowed down to Santiago De la Ribera/San Javier. After seeing several houses and areas our decision was between two houses, Liz arranged for us to see them both on two days, so we could compare pluses and minuses. We were flying home on the Saturday and made an offer on the Friday afternoon, we gave Liz permission to negotiate on our behalf and by the following Monday Liz had secured the property for us, keeping us informed of all discussions, even though we were back in the UK. We had been aware of several solicitors and chose one to deal with, again Liz acted for us in Spain with the solicitors and helping out as and when necessary. The house needed a new boiler and a few other works, Liz recommended workmen and even arranged to let them in so, when we arrived everything was completed. Whether we were just lucky after hearing of issues with houses, agents, solicitors etc in Spain, we cannot thank Liz enough for her professionalism, help and now friendship.
