As we enter the property we have the fully fitted kitchen on the right hand side. This is kitchen is light and spacious and also has an open breakfast bar with some wonderful lighting. The utility area is seperate and this houses the washer, dryer and the water boiler.
The lounge/diner has a open feel and allows for a large corner sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs and a sideboard. The large patio doors infuse the lounge with lots of natural light.
The patio doors lead us to a very large terrace area which has a lovely set of out furniture and whilst you sit and have a drink you are greeted with a panoramic view of the golf course with the back drop of the mountains.
The guest bedroom is large in size and will allow for a king size bed and bed side cabinets. the bedroom also has floor to ceiling wardrobes and a large window.
The bathroom separates the two bedrooms and is a good size. The vanity unit, sink and mirror have been upgraded. The shower is located over the bath and has been upgraded with a thermostatic tap and rain shower.
The master bedroom is extremely large, it has a very large bed in the room along with additional units and you still have more space available. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and floor to ceiling wardrobes. The big advantage in this bedroom is it has a large door which allows you to wake up and see the brilliant blue skies.
The resort has lots of amenities including a supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants, a hotel and the newly opened "Club Mar Menor Golf".
The nearest airport is "Murcia" and this is a short 20 minute drive.
The nearest beach and town is Los Alcazares and this is a 5 minute journey by car.
