This service started in early 2010 and we have had many clients who have believed in this system of construction and have purchased a bespoke villa. Our service consists that the client visits Peraleja Golf and expresses their requirements for the villa and choose their location on an available plot on the Resort.

From that moment our architecture team start designing the dream villa of the client and on the chosen plot. In a period of 10 months the villa is built and delivered to the customer. The customer is guaranteed the exclusivity of the project of their home.

During the construction period of the villa, the clients can enjoy a stay at one of our villas fully furnished and equipped for their stay.
